Return & Replacement Policy
Returns are accepted only for non-food items (such as wellness or accessory products) within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Food items (including lentils, rice, grains, millets, honey, ghee, spices, etc.) cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
However, if a food item is incorrectly delivered, expired, or damaged/spoiled, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
Opened, used, or tampered packs are not eligible for return or replacement.
