Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We understand you're excited to receive your order from Veshak. Once your order is placed, we take great care in preparing and packaging your unique products, which are often made or delivered specially by local villagers and women groups. Please allow 7-10 business days for your delivery to arrive. We also work with reliable delivery partners to ensure your package reaches you safely. Due to the care and authenticity involved in preparing each item, delivery may take some extra time, but this ensures you receive the highest quality products.
Product Appearance
Each item from Veshak, especially our handcrafted Aipan art and textiles, is a unique piece of art. The products are crafted by skilled artisans, and no two pieces are exactly alike.
We make every effort to capture our products accurately. However, due to natural light and photography conditions, the item you receive may have slight variations in color, tone, or texture compared to the image shown on our website. This slight difference is a testament to the authenticity and handcrafted nature of our products.
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel, you must contact us directly via email at contact@veshak.com or call 9548038193. Cancellations cannot be made through the website.
Return Policy:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 2 days from delivery.
Returns are accepted only for unopened edible products.
Refunds will be processed once our team verifies the returned item.
We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 3 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized like Aipan nameplate.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
